  It has been 10 months using the mattress "orthopedic visco memory foam mattress-queen" and the mattress has sunk on one side. The service and delivery was fast but the mattresses don't last. I was fooled by the pricing and advertisement. You will see that most of the comments and reviews are when receiving the mattress but nothing down the track after usage. $800 fown the trash.
  I will update you once the warranty team decide to reply to there emails.

  Hi, I have purchased the orthopedic Visco/memory Foam Mattress(majestic) after 2 Years of using it.. its started to hurt my back. in the tax invoice it said that it have a 15 Years Warranty, I have both email and call them. The ignore their email and wont accept my claim through calls. They Wont reply back your email... so basically the warranty is a bit useless.

  Went to the store today for a mattress and an ensemble base. The customer service was phenomenal. The staff was so helpful and knew what I want. He never tried to pressure me to buy anything. I will be back soon for another bed in my guestroom.

  Purchased Orthopedic Luxury Pillow-top Mattress on 22 of august , what I have received is not a mattress as per seller website , mattress delivered has a very thin pillow top ( far far away from luxury), side of the mattress you can feel and see springs , edge support system is non existent , mattress height i was advised is 24 cm which is not correct , it is barely 20 cm , the mattress on website picture 2 that what my mattress should look like but what i received is just lower quality product . Seller is not selling mattress as per advertisement, seller has deceive me as customer. Pls save your self trouble and buy somewhere else , took matter to NSW fair trading .

  The delivery service was appalling. I waited a week for my delivery when I was meant to wait two days. Their ability to maintain a proper communication with me in regards to my delivery was horrible. I will certainly not be purchasing from then again.
